Sharon's Coconut Sorbet
Not overly sweet, but sweet enough.
Great Lemon Sorbet - nice mix with the coconut.
These taste like you're biting into a slice of pineapple.
I think I may try mixing this with the coconut, maybe add a little rum....
Paul and I are enjoying these, but Dylan is not.
He opened the freezer yesterday and said,
"Who is buying the ice cream around here??! Where's the chocolate?!"

I LOVE LOVE LOVE those pineapple pops!! Have some in my freezer...think I'll be having one after putting the girls to bed....with a wine chaser! LOL!!
