Books

Love to read, but don't always have time.
Isn't that a sad sentence.
Quite often, when I'm reading a book I love
I will stay up until 2am reading.
Can't do that when I'm working.

So, this summer I decided to catch up.

These are the books I read:

Testimony and Prep are about boarding schools.
Prep was actually required reading for work.
Enjoyed both, but Testimony is sad.

Sarah's Key - read it in one day. Great!

Let The Great World Spin - like it very much, but not finished yet.
Took a break to read The Hunger Games.
Heard it was great, picked it up to take a look
and couldn't put it down.
Ran to Barnes and Noble the next day to pick up
the second and third books.
I'm still not finished with Mockingjay.
I do that, when I'm reading a book I love and
I don't want it to end...I tend to draw it out.

Oh, and Friday Night Knitting Club.....
Hate it.
Am I missing something here???
BORING!!!
Tell me people, does it get better???
Should I stick with it????
Blech.

Wow you sure did catch up! I (stupidly?) went back to school for my master's, so all my summer reading was spent on books with titles like, "What Research Has to Say About Fluency Instruction". Still, it's probably at least as interesting as a Friday night knitting club! :-)

I love a good book! I'm guilty of staying up late to finish something good too! I read Friday Night Knitting CLub...I didn't hate it but I wasn't crazy about it. Definately not something I'd read again.

I love me a good book as well. Summer is my reading time. I stay up around the clock to finish a good one. I even doze inbetween paragraphs LOL.
I haven't read one of these yet, my step mom just recommended Sarah's Key for me to read.
Thanks for the list :)

I am hoping to get a chance to get some reading done during the slower season for my photography business and I am thinking I will have to check out those Collins books. I pick stuff out for the cover art when I don't have a particular author in mind. Found some great (and some horrible) books that way!
