I've discovered something wonderful at my local 7-11.
They have THE BEST iced coffee!
Now, I like my coffee to taste like coffee so I only add
a splash of milk, (1/2 & 1/2 if I'm feeling saucy)
NO SUGAR! It ruins the taste of the coffee.
Anyway, this 7-11 stuff comes from a dispenser.
It has a nutty sort of taste. Almost like a very faint
caramel but not sweet. LOVE IT!
-and it gives me a boost!

7-11 used to have a frappucino type machine. It was like one of those Slush Puppy machines. It was the poor girl's answer to Starbucks on a hot day. They haven't had them in years though.
I remember those Tiff! I had quite a few on my way to rehearsals one summer, lol.

We don't have a 7-11 here in Kansas.
I say memories because we used to have them in Oklahoma (where I grew up) but they all went out of business like 25 years ago.
Anyway, there was a 7-11 across the street from my church growing up. And as a child, my parents were pretty overprotective. And it was a major thing when I was finally deemed "old enough" to walk across the street with my friends in between Sunday School and "big church" to get candy that we would suck on during church. Ah, good times!!

I absolutely LOVE the smell of coffee, but unfortunately I've never liked the taste. Enjoy your new coffee. :)

Chis - It's probably actually *fortunately* that you've never liked the taste! :-) It's not really all that great for you, most likely.
7-11 I miss them. I am From VA and there are still lots there. In high School our boyfreinds would get us those 1.00 roses from our 7-11. Remember the big gulps and Nacho cheese. Yes 7-11 is also where I bought my first 6 pack when I turned 21. Sadly the Indian guy thought I was lots older and did not even card me. OOO my 7-11 memories.
