Christmas Eve Day

1 - eye doctor (what the hell was I thinking making an appointment for today???)
2- run to the Gap for last minute gift
3 - run to the grocery store
4 - last minute gift cards
5 - run to the butcher
6 - make a baked ziti and meatballs and sauce
7 - wrap the rest of the gifts
8 - try to organize the mess under the tree
9 - laundry
10 - laundry
11 - LAUNDRY

That's my plan for today.
Let's see how it pans out.

*UPDATE:
-before the eye doc, I ran to CVS for $200 worth of gift cards
-while waiting in doc's office, I look at gc receipt
-GIFT CARDS WERE NOT ACTIVATED!
(yeah, yeah, my fault for not looking at the receipt in store)
-eyes ok, need reading glasses
-run to post office to get Etsy stuff I ordered from Singapore
-NO FREAKIN' PARKING even after 2 go-rounds -screw it
-run back to CVS to activate gcs.
-run to grocery store
-NO FREAKIN' PARKING
-try THREE go-rounds for a spot, nothing - screw it
-bagel store
-bagel and coffee
-I'll try for a parking spot later.

girlfriend - you were up too early to get all of that done today without dropping for a nap around noon!!!

Seriously?!?!?!? What were you thinking making a doctor's appointment today? Well at least that place shouldn't be busy... good luck on the other errands you have to run today. I myself have to run to the grocery store for one item. One item. And I am dreading that trip!!!

Wow. Sounds like the days I always line up for myself. Being on forced "rest" (no stairs, no driving) is killing me. So I must live vicariously through your errands and feed off of your productivity.

LOL... well again you've made me laugh. Only you would make a DR. appointment the day before Christmas ... LOL... You can make the worse day into the funniest story I've ever read ... thanks for that ... I needed it this holiday season!
