I somehow managed to spend my Macy's gift cards (plus a little more)
on a FAB Cole Haan bag:
I needed a new everyday bag and this is perfect!!
I got it in black.

My only suggestion is to find a Coach outlet, sign up for the e-newsletter, and wait for a 20% off coupon. You can find a kick-ass leather purse for a great price!
At either Bloomies or L&T you must buy yourself a ridiculously expensive lipstick. Something smooth & luscious that makes you happy everytime you put it on.
I'm not really a shopper, so I probably wouldn't be able to help even if I knew what was lacking in your closet.
What I always do is put the gift cards in an envelope in my purse so I have them with me if I do see something worth spending them on.
And that's a nice new purse! So you should have plenty of room for the gift cards!
I am so not a shopper! I actually need to hire someone to take me at gunpoint to shop for clothing. I was born with out the purse and shoe gene, I have one purse (black) and like 5 pairs of shoes (all black but one pair of brown sandles) They wear out, then I replace them. Help!

I do the same as Jill. I have a little tin (a Boston Baked Beans tin actually) that holds all our gift cards so in case we're out we have them on hand.
When I get a gc to Lord and Taylor I hit the cosmetics counter. Easy.
