Yeah, so my baby has been away at Boy Scout camp all week.
HE HAS NOT CALLED ONCE!
NOT ONCE!
I've checked the news, haven't heard about any bear attacks
or boy scouts lost in the mountains or anything.
So tell me, why hasn't he called???!!!!
We were told they'd call on Wednesday evening.
Paul and I waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Maybe that's why I got the migraine.
That little shit must be having the time of his life
while his parents AND grandparents worry their lives away.
He gets back today.
I'm going to punish him for having such a good time.
The nerve!
*Update:
He's home.
He's filthy.
He didn't call because he LOST all his money and
his phone card. He thinks someone took it,
but he had a great time.

Awwww, poor guy. That stinks that someone may have stolen his money and phone card. Sorry that you had to worry like that. None of my girls have gone away to camp for a week...yet, but I am sure I would probably react the same way. Glad he had a great time. :)

Glad he had a great time & is home safe! My kids camp doesn't let them call, which seems harder but now that I've read your entry I'm guessing it's easier not to be expecting a call at all!
That DOES suck that maybe someone took it. To your son's credit (it sounds like he's a cool kid) HE said he lost it, meaning he wasn't willing to play the victim. He's gonna be a great guy! And such a cutie pie, too!
