I think Dylan is having a growth spurt.
Since coming home from school he's had:
1 yogurt
a salad
many stalks of celery
2 big glasses of water
a glass of milk
a bagel with cream cheese
a big bowl of pasta with meat sauce.
I said:
"I expect you to be 6 ft tall tomorrow.
He said:
"I expect I'll be 6 ft wide."
I have a funny kid.

I have one like that, too! (and he has the same sense of humor!)
I don't think my kids eat that much in a whole day! Maybe even the two of them put together...
So far this year my DD has gone from 5' 3" to 5' 7" she is now an inch taller than me my 11 year old... No sign of stopping no period yet... She better play volley ball or basket ball...
You do have a funny kid. That was a great comeback.
And kudos on the healthy eating too! I can't get my kid to willingly eat celery.
Just wait 'til he's 16. My oldest boy, it is amazing he has any time left to do anything OTHER than eat. He's a one-man locust swarm.
I guess he inherited that funny gene!
I'm fearing when Lucas actually starts eating solid food - he just wants to eat 24-7 now.
All that is really true, I ate, and ate, and ate, and ate. The next day I did not feel very good...
