Crossfit


Here is today's Crossfit workout:

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.


Lol.

(no, I don't do Crossfit, but I am a little obsessed with it. I watch the Crossfit games over and over. It's amazing what the human body can do....not mine, but some human bodies.)

Wait a minute Sara - I am NOT doing that workout!!! I would be dead! I find Crossfit to be crazy but I love checking it out!!
Again, I DID NOT DO THAT WORKOUT LOL!!!
